PMH - PRODUTOS MÉDICOS HOSPITALARES, S.A., is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data that was obtained digitally, namely through the use of this website, committing itself to the privacy of users, guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of the data received , in strict application of current legislation.
 
This Personal Data Protection Policy describes our practices for storing, processing and accessing personal information. By accepting, you are authorizing PMH - PRODUTOS MÉDICO HOSPITALARES, S.A., to process your data, of which you confirm that you are the holder, as well as data relating to your commercial and contractual relationship and respective management, under the terms of this text .

This Personal Data Protection Policy, hereinafter referred to as “Protection Policy”, intends to inform you about the following points:
The commitments adopted by PMH on the Protection of Personal Data, under the terms and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of Personal Data and the free circulation of such data, and; About the way in which PMH processes your Personal Data, in particular Personal Data obtained digitally, namely through the website.

In the following framework, PMH provides a framework for the following definitions:

3. COMMITMENTS MADE
PMH guarantees the complete protection of Personal Data in accordance with the standards set out in the GDPR, with regard to all procedures and obligations set out therein, especially with regard to the Processing of Personal Data of users of websites and/or digital applications (e.g.: visitors, job candidates, etc.).
PMH has implemented digital tools and procedures with the aim of ensuring the effective protection of Personal Data.
In monitoring compliance with GDPR procedures, PMH adopted and implemented several internal policies and procedures to raise awareness among its employees, suppliers and partners about the protection of Personal Data.

PMH collects Personal Data relating to strictly informative relationships with customers and potential customers and, in particular:

4.4 PERSONAL DATA STORAGE TIME

PMH maintains your Personal Data in accordance with the retention periods imposed by current legislation and regulations, particularly taking into account its activities, storing it during the following periods: When you contact us to request information, we store your data personal information during the time necessary to process and fulfill your request; We keep your personal data used for direct marketing until you cancel authorization or ask us to delete it, in accordance with current legislation. Personal Data relating to candidates is stored for one year.

PMH employees responsible for managing customer/user support, recruitment and human resources may only access your Personal Data if strictly necessary.
PMH does not share your Personal Data with third parties, with the exception of service providers, as set out in the point referring to “Security Measures and Subcontractors”, especially for the purposes of combating fraud, payment management, hosting, administration of Information Technologies and provision of customer support.

PMH guarantees the confidentiality and security of Personal Data during transfer to the aforementioned recipients.
