PMH, currently dedicated to the Development, Manufacturing, Packaging and Sterilization of medical devices, began its activity in Lisbon, dedicating itself to the distribution of medical devices in the Portuguese market.
It later moved its headquarters to the city of Samora Correia, where it still has its industrial facilities.
In 1993, PMH decided to invest in the manufacture of quality medical devices for the Portuguese medical and hospital sector.
In 2003, given the needs perceived in the company, PMH acquired other facilities located in the North of Portugal, in the city of Penafiel. Currently with two manufacturing units, it has an available area of ??around 16,741.55m2 for the development of its activity.
Still in 2003, another important step was taken for PMH, reflecting its concern for the continuous improvement and quality of its activity, with the implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification.
Given the continuous evolution of Regulatory Requirements and the demands of the hospital medical products market, our products are manufactured in clean rooms with ISO 8 and ISO 9 classification (in the case of FLEXIVAC suction bags).
This evolution in its manufacturing capacity has allowed PMH to stand out as an important international supplier in this highly specific and technically demanding area.
