7 heart-friends habits and cancer enemies


A study by the American  Heart  Association found that people who followed these seven healthy cardiovascular habits had a -38% probability of having cancer.
Adopt ing good general habits, usually synonymous with an iron health.
Or, it's  the basis for a healthy life. A balanced diet, avoiding sugar, being more active at a physical level and not smoking are some of the examples of the seven habits with double advantage: good for the heart and cancer protectors. Let's meet them.

1. Diet healthy and balanced
Surround yourself with foods rich in
fiber, fruit, vegetables and lean proteins. Avoid salt to the fullest.

2. Exercise Thirty minutes of
moderate physical
activity, five times a week, helps decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Fat and, in particular, abdominal fat (considered the most dangerous), increases the risk of high cholesterol, hypertension and diabetes.

4. Do not smoke

5. Avoid sugar
The intake of refined sugars, which are in abundance in soft drinks, desserts and other sweets, lead to increased blood sugar levels and are harmful to our vital organs.

6. Prevent hypertension Hypertension, a
disease, increases the risk of heart failure, stroke, myocardial infarction and kidney damage. Exercise and prevent excess weight, eat healthily, avoid salt intake and measure blood pressure regularly.

7. Control cholesterol Although
it is necessary for our body to perform various vital functions, when there is excess in the blood, cholesterol increases the risk of coronary heart disease. Avoid saturated fats, control weight, exercise regularly and do not smoke.
